The Challenge A national healthcare provider was drowning in paperwork. Scanned letters and referrals piled up in inboxes, waiting to be sorted by hand. The same clients existed three times over in the system, with no one quite sure which record was correct. Stock ran out without warning. Government claim forms were filled in manually, one field at a time. Clinicians were spending more time on admin than with the people they were trying to help.
The Solution Extranet Systems built a platform that read, thought, and acted.
When a document arrived, AI read it instantly, pulling out the client’s name, the appointment date, the type of claim, and filed it in the right place without anyone touching it. When a clinician opened a new client record, the system already knew if that person existed elsewhere in the database, and offered to merge the duplicates. When stock ran low, the system had already predicted it weeks in advance based on appointment patterns. When a claim form needed to be submitted, AI pre-filled it from the source documents, turning a 20-minute form into a 30-second review.
